Not the smoothest of moves. Movers failed to wrap mattresses, drilled through two desk tops and failed to fix any of it. Our mattresses were soaked and we were told they would steam clean them. Leaving us to sleep on the floor for days until I replaced them myself at my cost. Weeks went by and no one showed up to steam clean anything. Ruby, the owner, claimed that the desks were being fixed by her husband but her team kept pushing the delivery date back. Emails have been ignored and when they do answer the phone the owner just screamed at me like I was crazy for wanting them to return the desks they claimed they fixed. She claimed children don’t need desks to do their homework. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Mattresses were not wrapped at all, truck was leaking Desks were returned on 8/26. Tops were not smooth and repair was not to original quality. Check out their BBB page. In one review ruby states quality is an opinion. As Ruby left my home last night she told me I was a miserable human that lived in a cookie cutter home. Emailed the HOA immediately to make sure the gate code they used was changed. Added a picture of the “quality work her husband did to repair the desk” still scratched and not smooth like the base piece. Also painted the wrong color.

Booked a move 6 weeks in advance. The night before the scheduled move I hadn’t received confirmation that the movers would be coming the following morning. After several attempts to reach Ruby I was informed the move was cancelled and had to be rescheduled, with less than 12 hours notice. Over 30 hrs later the movers came. On the rescheduled date, I had no idea what time they’d be arriving. I explained to Ruby how my husband and I had to call out of work to accommodate the reschedule. I asked for a discount on the move because of the inconvenience and she refused. She said I had already received a discount upon booking and accused me of seeking free service. It’s worth mentioning I did not present any type of coupon upon initial booking, instead was told I was getting a discount. I reached out to customer service with this grievance. Initially they responded saying they were looking into the matter. I emailed back to follow up and they did not respond. It has been over a week since I’ve heard from them. Giving 2 star because the actual movers were fantastic. Disappointed with lack of communication and professionalism from management and customer service dept.

Never got my special coffee maker that was broken during the move. Going on 2 years and I guess they not going to make good on that. I gave the benefit of doubt because I used them 2 times before my last time. It was several items broken this time but I only cared about my Phillips coffee maker because I paid a lot of money for it. Would have gave more stars but I was told they would buy me another one and they didn’t honor there word.
