Used this company to move an entire house worth of stuff across the state. Not only were the fast but I appreciated the way they took care of my things. Many of them were packed in a rush (by me) but they treated every package w care and that’s rare! Thank you!! Will be using again for my next move

I just wanted to say that the guys working for this company were nice But the company it self was very unorganized. I had told when singing up with them that they could not use a large semi truck to move my items to Carolina because of the small and tight country roads. But they didn’t listen so once they got to Carolina they had to park the semi out on a local street and then off load all my stuff onto a smaller truck which was a triple move where they load up my stuff in Florida on a semi drive to Carolina off load again onto a smaller truck drive to Carolina and off load again. We were told that they would be in Carolina by 12 noon 🕛 they didn’t show up till 5:30 pm by 8:15 it’s dark and they were trying to get everything Moved in and beat the dark so by rushing they damaged my two door jams on my new house. They broke the legs on two of my dressers, a shelf inside a hutch , totally destroyed my grandfather clock , broke a $225.00 flower pot , I had bought a new cuckoo clock never used still in box now missing. They never but the legs back on a large dresser so of course I had to do it. All and all it was a complete horror show. They tracked dirt and pebbles all over the oak floors. And also put some scratches in the floor as well. I wouldn’t have them move my bike let alone furniture. Miracle movers it’s a miracle they are still in business. I highly recommend do not use this company.

I would give 19 stars if you had them! I cannot say enough great things about Chance Kelly, and his moving company! Starting with the in-home visit to assess the job, Chance was thorough, efficient and professional. He explained in detail of the care that his crew would take with my furniture and possessions. On loading day, the crew worked quickly, but very carefully. They seem to have a plan and carried it out. They took great care in packing the TV and other fragile items. Delivering the furniture, once again, they had a plan and carried it out smoothly. Special kudos to Frank, who led the crews. Definitely a man who knows his job! He saw that great care was taken with everything. Chance went the extra mile and picked up furniture I had just purchased at the warehouse AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!! Who does that?!! If you have furniture you want let go of, he’ll donate it to Nana’s House a local charity!!

If I could give Miracle Movers a negative 10 I would. They were the worst. When my furniture was delivered after being in storage at Miracle movers a lot of my contents were missing and my furniture had black marks all over the bottom areas and my flat screen tv was damaged. I contacted the manager and he had told me “we don’t mix other clients things with other peoples”. Then he sent me a video of the empty faults that my things were stored in. I just wonder if he really thought that I knew for a fact that’s where my things were stored. He could have sent me any empty vault. He accused me of not unpacking all of my things before I informed him that several of my things were missing. How would I know that my things were missing if I didn’t unpack everything. He and the owner flat out refused to reimburse me for all of my missing items. He gave me the owners number the owner stated that it wasn’t him when he answered. I informed the manager that he had given me the wrong number and he stated that he ABSOLUTELY did not give me the wrong number. Miracle Movers took know accountability for losing my items. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
