Talk about a safety issue the paperwork asked for delivery inside and your driver refused. We asked about moving the boxes out of the way from the front door as you blocked a daycares fire exit and he refused. I called spoked to one person and see that nothing happened. Y’all’s customer service is horrible you jeopardize the lives of many children and staff members by barricading them in a building at a daycare what a shame.

Terrible terrible experience with roadrunner. We will never use them again. They could not deliver a package yet they were not available to make an appointment to deliver a package and then they charge just extra once we complained about it. We will never use them again ever.

I wish there were no stars.We bought a refrigerator from a major box store and not just one time, but 3 deliveries and all were damaged! Truck driver didn’t even get it off the truck. Horrible-horrible-horrible!!!

I had Roadrunner pick up a vehicle from PA to Fl on its way to my destination the driver called and asked me if I can meet him so I can get the truck from him and drive it to my destination. I advised him to bring it to me. Next thing I know the driver is driving my vehicle to my house like really! Try calling the company, you struggle to get a call back, the chat agents are never available. when they do call they’re calling to change the quote after you agree to the online quote which states NO HIDDEN FEES…

Horrible! The delivery guy was rude without good manners. They dropped a really expensive machine on the front door and conflicts you as a customer and leave. Never use this company. They don't deserve any business.
