What a nightmare. Let me review the highlights... 1) They charged me more than DOUBLE what I was quoted. Including things they told me they would include, and conveinently left out of the paperwork. I followed up to request they put it in writing and they assured me it was in their computer system. Later they said they had no record of it. 2) They claim they aren't a broker but I'm unsure. I had to make payments to FIVE different people/companies and it seemed very sketchy. I felt like the delivery was a shakedown and the drivers may have just been pocketing my money themselves. I can't be sure because no one at the company would respond to me. There wasn't anything I could do because they wouldn't give me my stuff unless I paid them whatever they said. 3) The delivery driver was very rude to me and I watched them drop and THROW boxes of my things. 4) I worked with a very nice and responsive sales person to get the quote and then as soon as they got the signed contract, they were no longer response. Didn't schedule or return calls as promised. I requested a follow up call to discuss these issues before posting negative reviews hoping we could rectify the situation and I received no response. 5) They charged me a fee for sorting even though I had labeled all of my boxes to say what should go to storage and what should go in the apartment. Then they asked me to stand outside and tell them box by box what should go in the apartment and what should go to storage. So why am I charged a sorting fee when I'm doing all the sorting, twice! And they still couldn't follow instructions because I had to haul stuff back and forth from the apartment to the storage unit for the week after to get everything where it was supposed to go. They also were asking me if someone else's stuff was mine so luckily for that person, I'm honest. I could go on but suffice it to say, I have never regretted choosing a company more than I regret choosing this one.
