Yeah it's a bad environment here. They expect you to understand things intuitively about the check-in process and treat you condescendingly when you don't. The dude behind the desk seemed excited when he was unable to help ppl which is the absolute worst in the service industry. Maybe it's better when the manager's in.

The lady at the counter informed me that it was taking a little more time than expected to help the customer on the line in front of me. She said I could scan the QR code on the counter and rent the van that I needed. I am extremely happy with the service that I received. I have also been very happy with all the other U-Haul representatives at this location that have helped me. You are the best..

If I can give it a no star I will. The front desk guy very unprofessional. If you don’t like the job then quit dont need to have attitude towards people. This place needs a new management. The workers need to be trained. I’ve come here a few times and it was great at the beginning with a lady. Then today the “manger” a guy is unprofessional.

Worse place to go the workers don’t want to do their jobs and they have horrible attitudes I suggest you get a whole new crew for this store because it’s going be the last time I go to this U-Haul place again. When I went to get rent a truck I never got any paper work with the mileage or anything same thing when I dropped the truck off , I ended up self check-in the rental cause the old man wanted to give me attitude cause I was returning the truck and send me outside. If I was a district manager for this place I would fire everyone and get new hires. If I could I would get a negative star review -10 stars

PLEASE FIRE AND REHIRE!!!!!!! Came in today and the woman and older male working were unprofessional and extremely rude! Waited forever with only three people infront of me. Ridiculous!! IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB PLEASE QUIT AND FIND A NEW ONE! Being at work with a nasty attitude towards customers who just wanna be helped is absurd. PLEASE HIRE INDIVIDUALS WHO WANT TO BE THERE!!!
