Worked here a couple months, I loved the work, but if you don't speak Spanish or you aren't connected with anyone there expect to feel outcasted and uncomfortable. I was an amazing picker for them (first shift) and couldn't take the harassment/looks and comments from people thinking I can't speak or understand Spanish. I was constantly walking past people talking about me or my work and I couldn't take it anymore. It was a great job when it came to what I was doing I love how busy I could be, but being somewhere where your this uncomfortable just isn't worth 16$ an hour for me. I'll take my strong work ethic elsewhere, where I can get the respect I deserve.

Garbage company, the driver unloads the goods here very slowly, and the staff inside do not arrange the unloading port. Many drivers have disputes here because of the queue. It takes 3-5 hours for 2-3 pallets, which wastes a lot of manpower of the company in a day material resources

1/2⭐ NOT 5 stars, Update: 2024: They hide the bad reviews, so I had to rate 5 stars to be seen. Been here for years and it's always been fun and decent; however, it's progressively worsened from high turnover. It's an unsafe place to work. Dangerous outdated equipment, lackadaisical safety adherence, apathy from management. Scrambling to meet unrealistic production quotas. The company itself hasn't recovered from the FTC fines for misleading customers, and legal investigations into exploited garment workers. The whole place has turned negative. It's a bit sad, like watching a ship sink. Drivers, supervisors, pickers are stressed, communication is harsh and demanding, blame culture is rife, and employees are rewarded (tacitly or explicitly) for unethical, harmful, or nasty attitudes like a rigged game of "Gotcha!"
