Driver was peeing in the street. my neighbor was getting a delivery from Homakers, and I saw the driver of the delivery truck peeing in the street. He was standing with his door open, and peeing. Watched him pull up his pants, take a napkin, wipe off his step to the truck, and throw the napkin on the ground. I went out to confront him about it, and he was very rude, and said it was just water. I said my wife, and I both saw you peeing, and pull up your pants. I told him to pick up the napkin, he was continuing to be disrespectful, and rude. My wife, and I buy alot of things from Homakers, and NFM, If this is the type of people you hire to deliver, we will be taking our business elsewhere. I'm sure nothing will happen with this, as no one is ever held accountable for anything anymore. We will most likely just start shopping at Slumberland, and cancel our CC with NFM, and Homakers, I don't want these degenerates showing up to my house to deliver anything, as this is a nice neighboorhood. There are 3 gas stations, literally a few blocks from this location, he could have used.

Easy to find, only one mile away from the Love's truck stop. South lot has plenty of room to maneuver but the North lot..... not so much. Naturally they sent me to the North lot but luckily there was only one other driver there at the time. Staff was friendly/courteous. Loading time was fairly quick. Make sure your trailer is clean before you get there because they will check. They will give you your paperwork and seal as soon as you check in. You are free to go when you get the green light at the dock

IF I could I would give 0 Stars to this company...… The delivering team was so unprofessional and it looks like am not the only one that is having issued with this company they were damages made to my home and they want to go over investigation on pictures and claim that was made on the same day of delivery on a new purchased home look like they don't want to fix my damages not only damages were made to my home but the audacity to deliver damage furniture. I Would not recommend hiring this company for any delivery's if you want to same some trouble.

If you get sent to the backside to unload then good luck because there’s barely any space. They’re also very slow at unloading, took about 2 hours

Worst delivery experience ever. They delivered appliances for NFM, I wish they didn't. 1st pushed delivery back 1 week because they were short handed, then finally came in a big hurry damaged our wall & floor by rushing to get done quick. Had very minimal knowledge of what they were doing later on tried to deny the damage and point the finger at us. I honestly would rather haul my own appliances then have to ever deal with this company again! They are making NFM look bad as I have never had any problems with regular NFM delivery before just this time when Ford delivery showed up. They rush, damage then deny, 0 stars!
