My girl recently had an unexpected move and was forced to resort to getting a storage. A good friend of ours told us about Trojan, so we thought we'd go by by and see what our options were. Luckily when we got there Crystal A. was working in the office that day. She was extremely helpful, she answered all of our questions thoroughly, went over all of the storage size options, and took the time to physically show us all of the various storage sizes. Came last minute and Crystal (manager) was so accommodating, helpful and efficient. She got me my storage quickly and answered all my questions. Storage areas are super clean I highly suggest this storage. If you can work with Crystal. She’s amazing!

Well, let’s start off by saying I was wounded and Iraq in 2011 so I have a tough time getting around so when I had to put things into storage it’s very difficult and the young lady that ran the office was so kind enough to help me hold the door hold my crutches she was just so sweet and so super at everything she did got me in and out with the sign-up process. Found me a good unit that’s perfect for me at saves me money. She keeps the place nice and clean. She is just top-notch. Her name is Crystal, Acosta and I give her five stars and two thumbs up . And I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if they like their place to be clean, courteous, hell, and the best prices

I like this place, it's clean and pretty secure. I'm giving it 3 stars because I rented a storage unit and the light has been out for over a month now. I had to bring my own light with a portable power supply. Hopefully they can get that light fixed soon. It's unfortunate the maintenance guy can't just order a ballast and replace it himself.

On 6/26/23 and 6/27/23 Two bad interactions. The customer service is not good. I told them I was coming by at a specific time and when I arrive, they had an out office saying that they would not be available for another 45 minutes. They were dismissive about stating they were at lunch but they could have told me that while I was on the phone. The second interaction deals with their hours. The sign states that the gate closes at 9PM. I got in at 8:50PM to quickly show somebody something and was gone by at 9:10PM. I was charged $50 for being past 9 (it states this no where on the property but only in the initial paperwork you sign) so keep that in mind. I was charged $50 for being there for 10 min after while it was okay for them to waste 45 minutes of my time. Not the best place if you are looking for reasonable people to work with.
