They call you when your loading or unloading is ready, the place has many poorly located trailers and it is difficult to reverse with a 53' but everything else is fine 👍

This company is handling a shipment from my freight forwarder to me. After 2+ weeks of delay and excuses I finally called Forward Air who informed me that my delivery was being handled by yet another company and that they were unable to provide me the contact details for that company. They also said that another group "tracing" was dealing with the shipment and they could not help me or transfer me to that group. After 10m of requesting to speak with a supervisor or be transferred to someone who could support my request the call center agent agreed to step away and go speak with someone else. When they returned the story changed to if I wanted to escalate the issue the shipper would have to call and not the receiver (me). They then hung up on me. This occurred on Sept 12th.

This place is horrible. The location has way more forklifts than employees that are willing to use for work. Out of the over 15 forklifts only two guys were actually working, most forklifts where just parked and employees were just chatting it up about the next carne asada while a line of customers was waiting to be attended

Avoid this place. 10 hours waiting for our trailer. Checked it several times during the night and it was not ready. Than they didn’t tell us when it was ready ( we were waiting near the building and they had our mob numbers). They just left trailer without saying anything and left.
