We had the best experience moving with Fox! They were on time, efficient, careful and courteous! Would refer them to friends and would use them again!

Please read!!DO NOT USE FOX. I personally have had numerous issues and well over 10K of lost and broken items. I will try to keep it brief as I could write a LONG book of issues. I had a coffee table which was over 4k value that was delivered May of 2021 to Fox which they received and signed for it—keeping it short here they delivered it to the WRONG client! I was given Daniel’s number to discuss (OWNER of Fox) and his response was “Fox wasn’t liable” and followed that he was going to charge the other client (Fox delivered the table to) for THEFT. UMMM why is this my issue I am a client of Fox at that point! Well it’s now February 28th and nothing has been resolved or even attempted to be resolved by Fox. I have reached out numerous times and no response. Then a custom faucet from Italy 3k value LOST. Fox again “not liable “ it was the other companies fault EVEN though Fox signed for that as well. Then broken side table during install and no mention-they just left it in the garage…did they think I wouldn’t notice 😂 also a console which they broke the stone top I assume during install—no mention they just left it in pieces in the room. Then later said it was marked as broken during the inspection…Well that’s WEIRD!! The smartsheet showed no damage and no notes of being damaged. I personally have never wrote a bad review in my life before this and NEVER thought I would have to hire a lawyer 🥴 just please PLEASE consider your investment in storage elsewhere where they will deliver what you have paid for and better customer service. The only thing they have contacted me about is a storage invoice around 2k I’LL BE HOLDING THAT TO SAY THE LEAST😂

Always have the best results when we work with fox ti ship new furniture to our homes on 30A. Anthony and Josh, two delivery associates who helped us most recently, were extremely professional, stuck to our time frame, and even helped us move the old piece of furniture out if the way. Fox Delivery did a great job with white glove delivery on my two couches that my interior decorator ordered for me. They showed up on time, were super helpful, and very nice!
