I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this moving company. Initially, I was quoted one price by the manager, with whom I communicated both via phone and text. Despite providing detailed pictures and even a video of my items, the price was increased by over $300 after the move was completed. The manager claimed that I had more items than what was shown in the pictures, which was not true. The drivers were also extremely late and seemed confused about who would be arriving. When they finally did show up, they moved at a snail's pace, clearly trying to stretch the clock. Despite my request for them to unload at the front of the building, which provided a direct path to my new apartment, they chose to go to the back, involving an unnecessary trip down the elevator and wasting even more time. To make matters worse, they only had one dolly and had to use mine, further highlighting their lack of preparation and organization. I have kept all messages and recordings of the delivery, including the original quote and the video I sent to the manager. If the company tries to deny my claims, I am prepared to provide all this evidence. I was on a strict budget and made this clear to the manager, but they showed no consideration for my financial constraints and were highly unorganized. Please avoid this company at all costs.

So glad I hired them! Booking the day went well, moving out went well, moving in went well, it was a wonderful experience. The movers were hard working and considerate of my stuff, and they took what could have been a stressful day and made it a pleasant experience. All for less money than any competitor was charging.

Long Distance move review: Estimate process was simple enough, make sure to be as specific as possible. This way thy know and are able to accurate price it out. My quote was the price I paid because things weren't drastically different (double the amount of stuff). Day of the move: Sort of frustrating that I had to call and figure out when they were going to be there to start the process. Ended up with a 2 hour window for them to arrive, and they arrived in the early part of that. Filled out some paperwork and it was all good. Maybe a little aggressive with the sofa but all in all things were taken care of as they were loaded. Move process: Ended up getting to my destination a bit quicker than estimated, which was great. Crew, Justin and Terrence, were chill about me being in contact with them about their ETA and such. Unloading: Again super chill, filled out some paperwork, they had to call their manager to get the payment stuff taken care of, feels like that could be a bit better but it was fine in the end. Crew wanted to make sure they put stuff where you wanted it. Overall it was super chill with them. They answered questions about the process from a panicked person trying to move at all hours. I would use them again for a long distance move.

Great team! Fox moving is very efficient. They worked great with our last-minute schedule! And we have moved with them several times in the past. Definitely recommend.

The service provided was such a relief!!! Everything went very smoothly. The communication was on point. The staff was very thorough in communicating the process to ensure clarity from A - Z. I underestimate the amount of "stuff" I had. The movers were very patient and careful with the items. When you compare the effort that would have been required to coordinate to the expense incurred, it was so worth it. I highly recommend Fox Moving.
