We used Fox over a year ago for our move to TN in February ‘23. It’s taken me this long to write a review and I still don’t have the appropriate words to describe how atrocious this move was. The majority of our stuff was damaged or broken. My favorite part is the completely broken king footboard, then the attempt to caulk it together on the truck before moving it inside, the denial when confronted about it and the streak of wet caulk left on the carpet. Another highlight was them tearing up our neighbors yard with their inability to drive the truck. To which my husband repaired with his own supplies and in the rain..because of course it was raining. Which brings me to 2 of our boxes of books getting soaked while on the truck and being thrown away. How does that happen..? Not sure. That’s just a sampling of dozens of examples from this piss poor crew. When I called to address my concerns, I spoke to someone (Ron, maybe?) who was very understanding (or at least said the right things) but he wasn’t our direct supervisor who was handling the move. The person who was never called back and never made an attempt to make things right. I cannot remember any names because this was truly an experience I’ve tried to forget. It also took an exorbitant amount of time to move and haphazardly “load” our family of 3’s belongings. The easiest part of the entire process was getting a claim processed with Demi. To me- that says a lot; like maybe it’s a common occurrence?! If you have the unfortunate experience of trusting this company, you MUST get the additional insurance. They will break your stuff, guaranteed. The only way to get any kind of money back is to have paid for the insurance. We got back roughly 1/4 of the total moving expenses.

Fox Moving & Storage makes a fairly busy process very easy. From working with Ron to the team that packed and moved our things. Joey Sr, Joey Jr, Justin, Denesha and Daz all were fantastic. Respectful to us and our belongings. We will always recommend them.

Devon and Luis did an excellent job from start to finish. The carefully moved our things into our new home with little to no smudges! They were professional, and did not stop until the job was done. I highly recommend Fox Moving and Storage. This company is professional, timely, and hardworking. I would definitely use they're services again!

We have chosen Fox Movers time and again throughout the years and recommend them often. Mike’s crew (Javon, Solama, and Julio) moved us most recently. They were all kind, respectful, and hard working. You could tell they worked as a team, increasing efficiency. Most importantly, they were careful with our furniture and with our new home. They were willing to place furniture exactly like we wanted it, etc. I’d highly recommend them to any of my friends!

Worst experience my husband and I have ever had. Three years ago I posted here and somehow my photo and comment got dropped. We moved from Florida to Franklin. The truck arrived to small. Only took all the boxes we packed and some furniture. Left the bulky items, mirrors and any chairs. We had less then 24 hours to find a uhaul and truck to store all items left. Shame on this company. We are in our 70’s and this was a big change for us. Don’t use this company. Many more out there that are much better and faster. Plus honest.
