Great customer service and knowledge. They were very up front and helpful to set proper expectations. I only dropped my truck off today, so I'll update after the repair. ... Amazing job! I'm so happy with the work done by the shop. You can't go wrong choosing Fred's :) Update: Took my truck back here to take care of a new issue. Again, amazing staff and work, I can't recommend this place enough :)

I had my first experience with Fred's the other day. I have to say Mike was awesome, his customer service was outstanding! They worked with me to get my vehicle back to me the same day, with some extenuating circumstances. Being a new client I was extremely surprised. I look forward to a new found relationship with this business, as I say goodbye to BMW Dealership highway robbery service pricing.... Hat's off to Mike & Fred!

Top Notch! I was in a jam being from out of town and having to repair my Cayenne in a hurry. Mike jumped on this right away, was straight with me and very responsive. Luckily, my issue was a simple one to fix but they handled it in the most professional manner possible and with my constraints. This is the most positive exchange I have had with a shop in a long time. I wish I was more local to Fred's!

Called to get information regarding the wiring of an actuator (part number identified). Told that it could be a big problem and would need to schedule an appointment. All information on the internet has my part number and all do not instruct the color-coded wiring. One may get the wiring diagram if one subscribes or buy the manuals. Thought Fred's would have the subscription to these manuals to look up the part number and color coding of the wiring. I would have gladly paid for the time for Fred's to look up the information. Businesses' have to make money. I get that! I was unwilling to drive or tow a car with the actuator not connected, and that would cause more potential problems. I have utilized Fred's since the 1980s and each time It seems$$$ is most qualitative issue for their business. I will not be utilizing this Morgan Hill business anymore. God Bless in continued success in Him!
