The owner of the company, Jeffrey, is fantastic. Plus, his staff's interpersonal skills were wonderful. At the time of his help, I was going through a difficult situation, yet his calm demeanor brought ease. He explained every step to me and did his best to recognize that it was a hard time for me. Although I was not in an emergency, he made time for me and ensured I felt valued. The support he and his staff offered was tremendous. I highly recommend Freedom Towing!

The guy who runs this place goes out of his way to make it as difficult as possible to get your back. I lived almost 3 hours away, and my car was in my mother's name. Since the tow yard was so far away and my mother being 80 years old, we tried everything so she wouldn't have to come to the tow yard. We got a notarized letter from her giving us permission to drive the car and get it out of tow. We got a copy of her driver's license, a copy of the registration, the notarized letter, and a copy of my bf license and emailed everything to the guy and he said nope she has to come get the car. I mean, come on. What if she had been in the hospital or something? They charge $30 a day for storage plus a $200 tow fee. I don't understand why that wasn't good enough. Why the notarized letter plus a copy of her driver's license wasn't acceptable. He had us send him all of that information even though he knew he was going to say no. After we sent it, he didn't let us know if that was acceptable or not. We had to call the next morning to find out. All I can say is, at least, it was only $30 a day instead of $50 like they charge here. I think it should be illegal for companies to be able to charge that kind of money. It's extortion. Most people live paycheck to paycheck and can't afford to pay for even 1 day in the tow yard. 2 days is $100 plus towing fees. They shouldn't be able to get away with that. Anyway, Lord, help you if your car gets towed here. Expect getting your car back to be as difficult as possible.

Do not use this company ethically they are horrible they charged me on an 10 mile hook up and tow with two days at storage at their lot $454.34 Barnetts towing 3 months earlier had charged me $. 255.34. I only had $421.00 to my name at the time and they wouldn’t even work with me so I’m top of getting price gouged I had to wait until I got my other check almost 1.5 weeks and by then I had to pay $928.20 . The lady was unapologetic I had leg my gf use the car and she had the sheriffs pull her over and give her a bogus dui charge. So this company will kick you when you are down won’t work with you when they are charging astronomical tow rates and the lady was rude very rude. I didn’t have a choice in tow companies if you do DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! Call Barnetts at least they have ethics believe me
