Stay as far away from this company as you can. Representatives from this company have lied to us continually since we signed up with them, telling us that our ship was already at sea (when it only left the Dubai port two weeks later), causing over a month delay in our shipment, and telling us that furniture reconstruction was included at our destination when this was not true. Their communication has also been terrible, they will not respond unless you follow-up multiple times. Do not hire this company or you will regret it as I do.

Amazing experience with Freight International. We had a vehicle shipment coming from Switzerland and Freight International managed the delivery and customs clearance in Dubai. Our contact was Ms. Rahiyanath who was super efficient, very customer focused, dedicated and an amazing support to us in a timely manner. There was a request for a VCC certificate which wasn’t easily available but Ms. Rahiyanath took it into her hands and strived to find the right information from Dubai Customs and linked the information with her import team until the certificate was issued. We couldn’t have done it without her excellent support and I really wanted to write this review to express my personal appreciation for her especially as she has gone above and beyond her job to help us even over the weekend. This experience is the real customer care that we are all striving to give and find in others. A heartfelt thank you to you Rahiyanath. Your company should be proud to have you. Well done.
