I had Air 7 Seas ship 3 pallets of home goods from the USA to my new home in England. As an individual, first time shipper with no experience what's-so-ever, Vincent and his team at Air 7 Seas were Patient, Understanding and answered EVERY SIGNLE email! They explained terms over and over until I understood what they were talking about and they basically, "babysat" me through the Entire process until after I picked up my delivery. I was stressed and sometimes less than patient myself but never did ANYONE loose their patience. I am extremely happy that I went with this company! I received my goods within the 6 weeks that they promised and all items where in perfect condition and nothing was missing. THANK YOU!!!!

I have just used the export service of Air 7 seas transport logistics Inc to move back to Europe from the states. The service is one of the most competitive in terms of price and assistance so far. I still have to receive the cargo I have sent but soon will arrive to destination and I can’t be happier and want to recommend to anyone moving across the country and across the world this company. The pick up went smoothly and pictures of my boxes have been sent with regular updates. Vincent one of the customer support ocean export team has been sending me regular updates about my shipment and has been super friendly and available when I asked all my questions about it. I don’t think there are any other companies out there offering the same service for this price and with the same quality of support!

We had very bad experience with them recently. We were not informed about the detention charges. Also we are being charged for non working days. Shipped arrived on Saturday. We are charged for Saturday sunday Monday Tuesday which were non working days and public holiday in my country. I would not recommend this service. Please do entire research on them.
