Hans and Alycia greeted me with a warm hello and from there on, it was a very pleasant experience. I've not had the best of luck with storage. I always end up paying way more than I wanted for way less space than I needed. But they walked me through prices and sizes, and made my payment options clear and easy. Can't imagine renting a unit anywhere else in San Jose. Thanks a ton

Great experience at Secure Space Self Storage San Jose. Hans helped me find the drive up storage space I was hoping for! He was professional and helpful. Really appreciate it, when someone goes out of their way for you! Totally recommend!!!

Be really cautious when you work with this place and the guys in the front office. We bought one lock key from them and used only 3 times it broke. Can’t trust it is safe enough to protect personal stuffs at their storage. Moreover we bought the second lock from them using $100 bill. The front office guy took the bill and tested it using his device and it had no issue. The next day which is today when we went back to pick up something, the front office guy came to us saying the $100 bill was fake. How do we know the bill he complained is the one we gave to him? We neither wrote down the serial number of the bill. And at the counter when we bought the lock, he tested it and had no issue. More fishy is: we gave him another $100 bill today to test his safe device. It went through with no problem. Instead of giving us the bill with question, he took another bill from his drawer and gave back to us, saying it is safe exchange. How do we know the bill from his drawer is real or faked? And then he asked for another one to exchange for the one with question. I believe this place is doing something fishy and tried to steal customer’s money with the fake money they got somewhere. Will report this to the police and other governing agencies.
