Scheduled (for two weeks) to move my 89 year-old mother on Wednesday (yesterday) and cancelled the night before, claiming not enough help. Now Thursday afternoon and still no response. She's been waiting for a phone call (to reschedule) in a completely packed house. Really disgusting🤬.

There are absolutely no better movers than Fretz. I already knew this because I’ve used them several times in the past, but I never required such a full service move. Without the excellent services they provided we could never have accomplished our move without them. Moving is never easy, but our move became more and more complicated by so many unforeseen circumstances. I found myself completely unprepared and unable to make it happen. We lost a week because our house closing was delayed, we had almost no help, I found myself barely able to even stand or walk due to severe back and leg pain, my husband was hospitalized in Pittsburgh, and my car ended up in the shop. All of this while trying to plan and execute a move. I had scheduled a rather routine move with Fretz, but it turned into a rescue mission instead. They packed my entire filthy, unorganized house and shed, moved and placed everything expertly in the new house. It was a huge and completely overwhelming job and they made it look easy. The poor guys had a front row seat to my whole mess and drama, but they adjusted to meet our every need. They truly went above and beyond to help in every way they could. Jim, Bill and Stevie were all friendly, kind, and professional. They are just good people! I am forever grateful to them. They made a very difficult situation so much easier. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

They were great and arrived on time. They were scheduled kinda last minute by me and still were available. The gentleman called and said they were picking up my delivery from a furniture store and said if he did it in one trip it would save me money. I appreciate that. They cleaned up the boxes from set up and were kind to my barking dog. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Great group of people.

The Fretz movers did a great job. The 3 men were so careful with our furniture. They made moving day so much easier than we thought it would be. The cost was reasonable. We highly recommend Fretz moving.
