Super professional batch of employees and ownership at this establishment. Bart, Eric and the rest of the Mi Box crew have been cordial and very understanding of our needs. From the initial delivery of our box (done swiftly and timely in dire times), to our current experience accessing our box for beds mistakenly stowed away, these guys are top notch. I would recommend anyone looking for convenient storage options to get a hold of Bart and the fellas at Mi Box to set you up!

We had a family emergency and needed a storage container immediately. On a Friday night around 11:00, i left a message with MI-Box.. I couldn't believe they called me back within 20 minutes and told me they would do what they could to accommodate us. They came through and on Monday we had a box delivered. This team is incredibly professional, responsive, helpful and even offered a listening ear to a total stranger. I am a fan and always will be. This company puts people first. Bart at Front Range Mi-Box has top tier customer service. After multiple issues with our contractor, Bart and his team did everything they could to help us, despite being lodged between us and a bad contractor for a kitchen remodel - we weren't even their main customer, our contractor was! 20 months onward and we still aren't done dealing with our remodel, but thanks to Front Range Mi-Box we have just one less thing to worry about, which has saved us over a thousand dollars. I can't recommend them enough if you're looking for storage service. They pick up the phone during their hours, call you back, and do it with a smile. They get the job done no matter what.

We had the BEST experience with Front Range MI-BOX! Our move date got changed several times due to deals falling through, closings being moved up and other crazy issues. Every time I'd call Bart and he'd take care of us. He was able to reschedule our containers to the dates and times that we needed. He was even able to get us a 3rd container delivered the day of our move after we realized 2 containers weren't going to be enough that morning! Their driver was excellent and placed our containers skillfully in very tight spaces. They even were able to provide locks for us when we forgot to buy some ahead of time. All around excellent company, staff and service. Not to mention they were cheaper than PODS and much more flexible with delivery/pick up dates and times. I will only use Front Range MI-BOX from now on! They truly are the BEST!

I just want to say thank you for accommodating me when I forgot to call and setup pick up date in advance. I called on a Tuesday and asked that the mibox be picked up on Friday morning at 9 am. Bart said he could not guarantee anything but he would try, and our closing was moved around so many times, it was a very stressful time. They picked up on time and driver was amazing and very professional thank you again for making something during our move stress free.
