We hired Frye Transfer three times within three months. First when we arrived in Tennessee to help us unload the 26' truck in which we brought our belongings. We hired two men and they worked extremely hard all day long to unload and fit our stuff into a storage unit. They worked so hard that we gave them each a large tip on top of the price we paid to the company. They were professional, courteous, respectful and took care with our belongings. After finding an apartment we again hired them to move just a few of our belongings up some very steep stairs. We didn't want to move too much cause we knew we'd be moving again as soon as we found a property to purchase. Again they did a superb job. Once we found our property, we hired them again and they loaded up a 26' truck with all our belongs and carried the few items we had in the apartment down the steep stairs. Unloaded everything in our garage or house as directed. They worked carefully and efficiently. I can't speak highly enough of this company and it's employees. I am almost completely unpacked and there is not a single item broken. Of course I packed my things very well. God forbid we ever have to move again, but if we do, we'll be calling Frye Transfer!

Great experience with this company. James, Joseph and Snoop did an excellent job of making sure everything went smoothly and the furniture was well wrapped. Never had a moving co saran wrap over the blankets before for extra protection and to hold the blankets in place. Would definitely use these guys again. Best experience I've had with movers! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for movers. They also didn't charge extra for our piano or charge a fuel fee. Those were pluses as well. Great job guys!

If you want your stuff stolen and damaged, hire this company. They stole a very expensive leatherman multi tool from me, found numerous razor cuts in boxes and caught them going through my very valuable comic book collection. Additionally they weren’t smart enough to pack the truck properly so they had to come back again to get what they “couldn’t fit” on their truck. I’ve noticed numerous items missing since we got unpacked. I’ve waited until we were completely unpacked before I posted this so I could know what happened and I’m 110% positive they stole at least 700-1000 dollars worth of my property. Avoid these thieves like the plague.

I wld give 5 minus stars if it were an option. The worst moving experience ever.. They were unprofessional. They damaged numerous pieces of furniture and antiques. One guy had a meltdown, cussing and carrying on about reassembling a cabinet.Took 3 times longer to move than it should have. It took them 1 1/2 hours to drive from ETSU to Boones Creek ....I had numerous things missing afterwards. Called the owner and they never returned my call. It was a very stressful experience... If you value your possessions and money, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Would give a zero if possible. Showed up 2 hours late and then after everything was done ( took around an hour ) mentioned that they have a 4 hour minimum ! We were never told that when we booked with them either ! So not only did I have to wait 2 hours for them to show up , I also had to pay an exorbiant amount . Will never use them again and will do my utmost to make sure no one I know does either ! If you need a mover go with Father and Sons in Bristol Tn. , we have used them several times and they're honest , show up on time and are careful with your stuff. Word to the wise - do NOT use Fry movers they are a joke !
