Interestingly, I've had a pretty good experience with them. Shipped 8 packages so far from Beijing and Guangzhou and they've all managed to arrive in 3-5 days. That's faster than USPS first class from a lot of places. Customer support is great on the phone and easy to talk to.

I ordered from a online website that used this shipping company to deliver my package from China to the United States. The tracking number was provided by the website after I've made my purchase. It took about 4 weeks for the package to arrive. I gave them 4 stars because even though it took awhile to receive the package, nothing inside was damaged.

I usually don't leave reviews however I ordered something online and this company was used for shipment. It's been 3 weeks and counting and nothing! The tracking claims my shipment is in the U.S but it's been saying that for weeks! I would definitely give zero stars if I could!

Their support team is easy to talk to on the phone. I called for help with tracking my order after seeing it's been logged as in my area for 4+ business days; was told my package was passed on to UPS and there was a fire that destroyed my package / I won't be getting it. Terrible experience and did not appreciate the lack of responsibility in communication.
