Very nice and helpful. I’ve only been here a few times to pick up orders but they don’t treat me any less just because I am not a shipper. They were very easy to talk to, and loaded my freight the only way my trailer would allow me to remove it. They made sure that the load was centered and evenly distributed despite my strange trailer design.

Kia was so kind and patient on the phone! I had so many questions and she calmly answered all of them and I got my product measured. She told me all of the fees upfront so I didn’t have “sticker shock” upon arrival. I’m sure pick up will go smoothly if the rest of the staff is as welcoming. I’ll update more once we pick up!

Very rude staff. Very slow service. If your importing goods, pray you don't have to go through Summit FCS. They may take over two weeks to process 1 crate.

Worst costumer service ever. They’re all scamming people at this location. Such a rude people. I called to get information regarding to my orders , and the lady on the phone was super rude and she was literally yelling at me, when I told her she needs to calm down and stop yelling, she got even more meaner. When my husband got there to pick our items they overcharged him, they give him a different price from what they gave me on the phone. If you can, makesure they don’t send ur items at this location. You’ll regret it

This is one hell for semi driver it's a nightmare to come to this place from the time I arrived till 4 hours the attitude is very bad and their unloading speed is slower than a turtle 🐢. They are unloading others who arrived after me and telling me we are on break. The floor supervisor is taking it so personal that he is telling forklift driver not to unload my truck because I ask them why they are delaying me. Poor service
