I highly recommend using this cab service verses all others in the Waldorf MD area. I have been a loyal customer to them since Sept of 2015. Every driver is always so nice to me. They are friendly, prompt and very accommodating. I have health issues that require constant trips to doctors visits and I am unable to drive myself. So many of the drivers always ask how Im doing and are always willing to wait for me if I need an extra moment to get to the car. The fairs are much more reasonable compared to other companies I have used before. When I call in for a ride, they know me by my voice. LOL, and I appreciate all that they have done to help me get around town when I need it. Thank you for being so kind and so professional.

Very professional Taxi service!! They answered immediately when I called after another taxi service in the area put me on voicemail twice, they got to my home quickly, the driver was fantastic and got me to my important meeting on time, and was polite. The price depends on the miles and my meeting location was 7.7 miles so 15.4 miles to there and back. I needed a ride home after and my driver waited for me outside. The pricing is ok all together it came to $35-$37 and I added a tip. I highly recommend this service and will be using them again. I was very satisfied with this taxi service 🙌🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I really thank you for completely screwing up my morning and not answering one single phone call after I made an appointment when your driver said he was dropping someone at the st. Charles coming then was going to pick me up and then going back out because had a 9:45 appointment. You'll often get the worst Yelp review period And I do apologize to the other driver who I used before because he was excellent not only on time butterly and this one at 4 o'clock in the morning. Sorry I forgot to post that I called and called and called let alone sent text messages. This would have been fine he couldn't have come but don't ever say you're coming when you're not. You don't know if you just really ruined someone's life that day when all you had to do was answer the phone and say hey I'm not coming. So thank you to Allen's cab service in Waldorf Maryland. You were recommended to me by someone who uses your service every single day and this is not how you doing business he should be closed thank you

I have used black and white taxi twice. The first time was a wonderful experience. Reggie was our driver and on time, safe and polite. The second time was an older white gentleman who's name I did not catch. With in 30 seconds of being in the car he starts to use racist language about people in the parking lot of where we were being picked up. We called him out on it and he tried to back pedal once he realized 2 of the people in the car where Africa American . The rest of the drive he continued to make racist and sexist comment. He texted while driving, He smoked. It was very uncomfortable. We asked the cab company to send us a different driver to pick us up at the end of the night and it was explained why we wanted a different driver. When the cab showed up IT WAS THE SAME GUY! we chose not to ride with him and got uber instead. I am giving 2 stars because I know some drivers like Reggie are great but the experience with this other gentalman was so horrible.

The owner and his ENTIRE staff are very professional. They will let you know a realistic anticipated time of pick up and will ALSO call if they feel they are going to be late from the time they gave you. Kudos to the company and the owner for employing people that want to work, but also have good external customer service skills!
