Worst company. I regret choosing them. I searched high and low and ended up finding them and they gave me a price over the phone but of coarse it changed once they got to my home. Almost extra $1000. They had 5 guys come and the head guy asked for a tip for all of them! I only had enough stuff for a studio apartment. Then when my stuff got to my new home almost 2 weeks later a bunch of stuff was broken and I tried to get some money back for it and they only will give me $76 for all that damage and they destroyed my entire dresser which was well over $200 and I had to throw it away because they ripped a leg completely off and I can’t put it back on. I wouldn’t go with this company if you care about your move. Even if your stuff gets ruined GOOD LUCK getting a decent enough return back to replace your items.

GM VAN LINES' response to my review has only further demonstrated their unethical and unprofessional conduct. Shockingly, they disclosed personal information about my move, including my pickup and destination. If you're looking for a moving company that operates without integrity, then GM VAN LINES might be the choice for you. Unfortunately, I've fallen victim to their deceptive practices, and I'm determined to seek justice in a peaceful and professional manner. It's unacceptable that a company would exploit hardworking individuals in such a manipulative and fraudulent way. I will continue to advocate for myself and others who have been similarly affected, ensuring that our voices are heard and our rights respected.

G M Van Lines were very friendly and helpful with my cross country move! They arrived on time and handled my belongings with care and were very nice. All costs and procedures were thoroughly explained and there was great communication. My possessions arrived on time and a thorough inventory was taken and the movers put the items in the right rooms and assembled furniture with care. Great customer service and employees! Would use this company again! Highly recommended!

Gm Van lines Moving cross state can be very stressful, but I can assure you that GM Van lines will make this the most stress less part of moving. Their team is amazing From the initial set up with Trish , to the group of amazing gentlemen that can to move us. They treated our furniture as it was their own. Very friendly , helpful and professional. I am very impressed with this team and highly recommend them for a completely stress-free move

Three of the best were sent to pack my Mother's life in a truck. When I became emotional they offered comforting words and encouragement.
