I've been working as a truck driver at G2 Logistics for over a year , and overall I've had a positive experience. Here's a breakdown of some of the different aspects of my job that have contributed to my overall impression of the company: Work environment: The work environment at G2 Logistics is generally comfortable and well-maintained. The trucks are clean and in good condition, and the facilities are kept tidy. I appreciate that the company prioritizes safety and takes steps to ensure that drivers are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to do their jobs safely and effectively. Compensation and benefits: The compensation and benefits package at G2 Logistics is fair and competitive. I feel that I'm paid well for the work I do, and the benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off . There are also opportunities for bonuses and incentives based on performance, which is a nice added perk. Management: In my experience, the management at G2 Logistics is approachable and supportive. My direct supervisor is easy to talk to and always willing to listen to my concerns or feedback. The company as a whole seems to value open communication and transparency, which makes it easier for drivers to feel heard and respected. Opportunities for growth and development: While there aren't necessarily a ton of opportunities for growth and development as a truck driver at G2 Logistics, there are some options available. For example, the company offers training programs to help drivers improve their skills or obtain additional certifications. Additionally, there are opportunities to take on leadership roles within the company if that's something that interests you. Overall, I'm happy with my experience working at G2 Logistics. G2 Logistics Inc is a Scam. We have done a Load for them from Tricornraun Canada to Bison Liquors and once delivered. Nehal Hasan and Jonathan Gershman refused to pay us for the service. I would HIGHLY suggest all Customers and Carriers to STAYYY AWAYYY from this company. Carriers - You will not get Paid Customers - Carriers will come knocking on your Door for Non Payment Invoices. G2 Logistics Inc. does not pay Carriers. STAYYYYYYY AWAAYYYYYYYYYYY
