Loading was fast but check in here first make sure you know what building they going be sending you either across the street or the down the street. Don't call any number otherwise you going be wasting 30 min like me. Make sure you talk to someone in person. Also ask for the pin to enter the gate if you picking up cans across the street. There two companies here walmart and G3 i delivered to walmart. arrived at 11:15 for a 1pm appointment put in a door immediately and the unloading was fast. Red X is walmart check in. The Green X is G3 warehouse entrance.

I delivered a (live load) here of MT food cans... This place is by APPOINTMENT only so don't rush to get there early; cause you are gonna be just waiting and wasting your time... The dude in receiving was nice and respectful..

Picked up a load with Convoy, delivery appt is open window 1100- 0030, show up at 1330 and they told me my appoint is not until 3 days later. 4 other trucks are having the same problem, all booked through Convoy. Even on the weekend, they should have someone in charge at their facility to handle situation like this. They just not willing to work with us, something that maybe take them 30 mins to an hr to do, they refuse to do it causing 5 truckers to be stuck there for 3 days, that just inhumane. Security treated us like criminal too, we tried to work with Convoy support over the phone and he came over rush us out of the half empty lot like we are some kind of criminal. This place just have zero respect for truckers!

App at 4H00 AM for 9 pallets. Took me right away, and after 15 min, i had my paper signed. The loader had also the time to unload 1 or 2 pallets of another truck. Lightning fast and very nice too.
