Very bad experience with Garrett Transport. Driver refused to reverse in our site compound,we had two big palettes delivered, when i ask him to give me a hand to drag those palettes to storage unit he refused as well, i was struggling alone ,he was standing with his hands in pockets ,driver said Garrett Transport policy not aloud them to drive in site compounds, i was confused, i can't understand how that works if they do delivery to construction sites. Very disappointed with service.

Really friendly staff. We had a large amount of pallets that needed to be stored and this was no problem for them. Delivery and collection all organised by them.
