The business is open 24 hours a day, but if you need to pick up your vehicle, you can only do that until 4pm, not 4:01 etc. They are out to steal as much money from people as they can. We had to wait an hour for the owner to get there after he was contacted that people were waiting for him. My brother went to use the bathroom where it was found to be disgusting and a health hazard. There was feces smeared on the wall, the toilet was filthy and it was obvious that it had never been cleaned. I do mean never! See photos below.

Broke down at the Dollar Tree today. Called Gaskell's Towing, the manager was nice enough to say that he would have someone right out. Upon arrival, the driver did try everything to get my car started. I was told it was the starter and needed the car towed. They were very quick and professional. I asked the driver to tow it to where I usually have it serviced. The driver was even nice enough to offer me a ride home because I couldn't get ahold of my husband. They were not over priced and I will definitely be using them if I ever need a tow. Thank you Gaskell's Towing for your great help and excellent service!! Thank you again!

Gaskell’s is absolutely incredible to work with. Brian, Gene and everyone else there couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. They really went above and beyond for me when my insurance company completely screwed me. Gene (hopefully I’m spelling that name right?) unexpectedly offered to tow my car back to my home mere minutes before closing time just so I wouldn’t have to pay another day of storage when I was just trying to get my plates. Big thanks to them!! If I ever need a tow again I know who I’m calling.
