Audra and Admin are not familiar with customer service and are very rude! She forgets she is in Weaverville not Hollywood Ca. They managed to get gasoline smell all over our bedding box springs etc, we had to throw out a entire bed system, nothing phased Miss. Audra, she even ordered the movers to drive away with our things after we stated it was unfair that she was going to charge us for goods we already moved ahead of time, as well as gas smell on our things, and the movers drove away by punching the accelerator in our neighborhood and my wife having to run after the truck with the check in her hand etc. Audra needs help with customer service as well as the managements contact being able to access them to address concerns of unhappy customers who paid over $13,00000 to move 20 minutes away, which was an absolute waste of money and time!

From our initial meeting with Kaleb and every contact we had with Audra, Ashley, and Adam and Ronnie and their crew, they were very and totally responsive and very good to deal with. We have moved a number of times and they gave us the best perspective ever on this move and made it as transparent and that's easy as it's possible. Everyone was great to deal with and the crew was very meticulous and careful with our furnishings. We cannot thank them enough and know This is not a one-time thing. No one you can find that will do a better job!.

Gasperson took great care of all my furniture while it was in their storage. It was kept secure and dry. And, I received an itemized list showing each piece of furniture. The delivery was made exactly on the day and time it was scheduled. They were very careful about unloading and placing each piece for me, removing all packaging materials, and even helping me put on the felt pads! They were always professional to communicate with and made the whole experience very positive. I highly recommend Gasperson Moving and Storage!

Gasperson moved me from Chapel Hill to Washington, DC in August of 2016. They did a phenomenal job packing and moving my furniture. They were extremely easy to work with and gave me a very reasonable and fair price. I used Gasperson again in 2018 when I moved from DC to Durham. Again, they were helpful and did an excellent job moving my furniture. No furniture was damaged and they were really nice to work with. Will definitely use them again in future moves.

I recently relocated from Asheville. GM&S was recommend by our realtor. If you're planning on a move, I highly recommend GM&S. The three movers did an excellent job. Antique furniture and oil paintings were wrapped and carefully loaded into the truck. All the other furniture and most importantly my stereo equipment were treated with the same care as the antiques. The next day the movers provided the same care when the furniture was unloaded. The end result was no damage to any of the furniture. GM&S is an excellent company and without reservation I recommend this company to anyone needing the service they provide.
