Shows great disrespect to truck drivers, humiliates, reproaches, discriminates, wants to rip you off twice as much money for every time you move to their parking lot, so I strongly advise against using their services, especially for truck drivers.

They should not be used for towing. They acted as if responding to the scene of an accident was inconvenient for them! Very Rude! Horrible customer service. Condescending when speaking to others. They speak “at” you and not “to” you .

We went in to have new tires put onto our Class A motorhome. They scheduled us in fairly quickly and got the work done in one day. Prices seemed fair. The waiting area has some comfortable chairs inside and some rocking chairs outside. We had to bring our two dogs since we are full time RVers. There is plenty of space to walk them and stretch our legs. The staff treated us well and the owner answered all of our questions.

UPDATED 5/30/24 I have to say that these people know what "Customer Service" means. They check all the boxes: Pricing..A+, Time to get in..A+, Timely Repairs A++! We are SOOOO happy we found this shop and wish more shops did business like these guys. If Google would let me give them 6+Stars, I definitely would. These folks are GREAT. On a scale of 1 - 10, they're a 12! We took our motor home to Gass for annual service. While there I mentioned an issue with steering vibration. They worked with us & the chassis manufacturer to troubleshoot it & come up with a repair plan. All repairs done in a timely manner & completed when promised. Thanks to all of the Gass staff!

Be careful!!!! They’re bunch of scammers, they also worth with league city police officers to up charge so the cops can get % of the money from towing. For example: they took $550 from towing. There needs to be some investigation as to why the cops get paid from them for nepotism. The cop refuses to let my tow truck who was 10min away take it, the tow truck driver was with cop chatting a laughing to negotiate what his cut was going to be from the $550
