We purchased a "4 Season" house on a lake in southern NH. It was a mess, had no real foundation and really needed love. I knew lifting it was a possibility but was nervous about the process, cost and timeline. Our goal was to get it lifted by the new year so we can enjoy it over the summer. Well after an extended closing and a few other delays we figured our timeline was out of question. I started reaching out to different building movers in the area and got the same general response. "Too big of a project", "Too late in the season" "Too big of a lift". My wife and I were pretty discouraged and figured we would have to wait until summer to start our project, that was until we found Geddes. Rick came out, poked around, i told him my deadline and he said it was absolutely no issue, him and his crew will get it done. After interior demo and tree work we reached out and said we were ready to go. The follow week they had all hands on deck and had our house lifted, dug and ready for concrete in four working days. We are blown away with the progress and efficiency. We were kept up to day every step of the way and were treated with customer service you would never expect to see in the construction industry and the price for the amount of work done was beyond fair. I can not recommend Geddes enough, they went above and beyond and we cant wait to finish our dream home.
