Gem State Moving did a wonderful job moving my wife and I from Vancouver WA to Boise. Leroy and his crew were very professional and delightful to work with. Leroy went above the call of duty to move a couple of large appliances from our 3 floor condo in Vancouver. He was timely and very accommodating and our household goods were delivered with no damage. I highly recommend Gem State Moving.

My experience with Gem State Moving was amazing! Greg was awesome and got everything set up and assured me I had nothing to worry about, as it was my 1st time moving on my own. I am very disappointed to write this review, as I have used them in the past with good results. However, I had them scheduled to move me out recently and when the time came for them to arrive, no one came and there was no call. After waiting 30 minutes with zero communication, I called only to find out one of their crew members failed to show up which affected their ability to make my appointment. While I understand things happen, failing to call or otherwise communicate with me is inexcusable and unprofessional. Their failure to show affected other portions of my remodel and cost me extra money scrambling to find movers at the last minute. Look elsewhere for a moving service.

I want to thank Leroy and his crew at Gem State Moving for turning a stressful moving day into a worry free day. The price, professionalism, and over all attitude was a great experience. I would recommend these guys any day!

I had such a good experience with this company. Their rate was WAY lower than others in town (I just needed to move a sectional across town), they scheduled me for the morning after my phone call, and the movers were friendly and professional. They even delivered the couch to my second-story apartment. I'll use them again for sure.
