I've been using quality transportation for many many months now. And although they're two hours away from me I'm very grateful that my insurance company dispatches them. All the drivers have been wonderful! Richard being my favorite. Steve is super nice and I recently had a young man named Hector and he was wonderful.

The staff is horrendous and has no knowledge of disabilities. They do not know what common practices to set up to have a quality running company. They have no common sense or knowledge how to help customers. Allan, a disgusting man who schedules rides, told my spouse “why would you schedule a ride and not be ready”, leaving my spouse stranded after their driver did not wait for my spouse. He then told me “this is a service not a charity”. Upon my complaint, the company did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Allan even scheduled another ride recently Still disgusting as ever. The drivers are rude and have no common sense on how to help anyone. Please do yourself a favor and find another transportation service. This is a disgusting place to be.

I was stuck at the hospital, with my power wheelchair not working. The hospital refused to store it until Monday, when I could get a transportation company to pick it up and take it home. Although expensive, Quality Transportation Services came through. I ask if they could do this late minute, they immediately said yes. My only complaint was the dispatcher who didn't give her driver the complete information on where to find me.
