This is by far the best moving company I have ever used! From start to finish, they were knowledgable, organized, and professional to work with. On the day of our move, they arrived exactly on-time and did everything they could to make things as easy as possible for us. They handled our furniture/items with care and expertise and there was literally not a scratch on anything, anywhere. The best part- the team was really personable and friendly! I'll definitely only be using General Expert in the future, and I'll be recommending them to others!

We have moved 10 times in the forty years of living in Minnesota, and we have used six different movers. By far, General Expert Movers exceeded our expectations and showed us how a truly professional moving company works. Good quality, good value, professional, and responsive are only a part of their company culture. They truly care about their clients; and, most importantly for us, they listened to our wants and needs and satisfied them. Good job to Michael and the rest of the staff that helped us!

I highly recommend this company. They have helped us with two moves. First, moving my parents from their house of 53 years to a senior living apartment. Second, a move from that apartment to assisted living. In both cases, they packed as well as moved. There is good communication all around within their team and between members and clients. They are very careful with packing and delivering your possession safely. They lower the stress and anxiety for what can be a disruptive change.

Timely, courteous, friendly, professional. We had three large truck loads. The crew worked tirelessly to load and unload which included disassembling and assembling and putting things in their proper place at our new house. They were very accommodating in working with us concerning the changes in our house closing date and time. Also appreciated that on the day of the move, Michael informed us of the exact time they would arrive.

If you are looking for movers, simply look no further. The process was professional and efficient from start to finish. Once I locked in my move date I called General Expert Moving and spoke with their logistics expert, Dave. He diligently took an inventory of everything I would be moving and offered a quote which was accurate to the dollar upon invoicing. Mike and his crew confirmed me of my move the day prior and showed up on time and ready. Mike and his team were professional, efficient, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. I've contracted the service of a number of moving companies in the city, and I'm thrilled that I will no longer need to waste time with quotes in the future. General Expert Moving is the only call you need to make, and the only call I'll ever make again for my moving needs.
