Professional, thoughtful, thorough. The crew got to work immediately and worked nonstop until the move was completed. They wrapped each individual furniture piece with care, took apart items that could breakdown, packed items in the truck securely, and rebuilt after unloading. I was so impressed by their speed and responsiveness. Would certainly hire again. Highly recommend!

I used Genesys to load two moving pods from my storage unit to move across the country. They took great care to load them very carefully and conserve space to avoid the load shifting. They were so good about loading the first one I was able to reduce the size of my second pod from a 16 foot pod to an 8 foot pod before it was delivered, which saved me over $1,400! They were easy to communicate with, careful with how they packed my fragile items into the pod and just all around pleasant guys. I hired them based on their positive reviews after searching through multiple different websites and I'm glad I did. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any moving job!

Just finished having my truck loaded by Chris and Alex. They were amazing! I received a call ahead of time telling me an ETA and they actually arrived earlier than expected. They were professional, courteous, and quick to complete the job. Definitely would recommend this company.

My husband & I are moving back to California from Colorado & Genesys was able to get all of our things safely & securely in a 16ft POD. I used this team to help load a rental truck for a one-way move out of the Westminster area. The team did not appear as professionally dressed as other companies, but that was not of great concern to me. The issue was the façade they presented of properly packing my truck, only to find out on the other side that all of the boxes marked FRAGILE were stacked on the bottom of very heavy boxes, crushing our kitchenware inside. Additionally, our kitchen table was poorly mishandled and two legs snapped off, rendering the table completely unusable. Finally, we multiple nightstands damaged and torn, which will need replacing. I have been TRYING to contact this company for weeks now (we moved in early July) with no meaningful feedback. I sent the same photos I have attached here, and have received radio silence.This is absolutely appalling, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. This was horrendous service quality, but they do know how to sweet talk you to make it seem as they know what they're doing. Different movers we used on arrival said it clearly looks like the people that loaded the truck (Genesys) just hires people to do this as a side job, not people who actually know what they are doing. Don't let this happen to you, and go with another provider.
