gentle giant moving company

Used Gentle Giant for a move between Mountain View and San Francisco, and the experience was seamless! Ray and Aidan were professional and friendly. We were told to sit back and relax, and we literally did. Pricing is fair as well, in my opinion, given the ease of the experience. I'll be recommending to all of my friends who have upcoming moves!

I used Gentle giant for a move from SF to LA and it was great! A seamless process from start to finish. Matt and his team were professional, efficient, and extremely careful with all of my things. Couldn’t have asked for a better, smoother moving service.

Our son, daughter in law and family just completed a move from the Peninsula to the East Bay. I could not image doing it without these guys. They were on time and never stopped working all day. Even when we would try to help pick things up or move things the team would thank us and take it out of our hands and say it is their job. They were meticulous in wrapping everything and making sure everything was picked up and safe. It was a LONG day, we went over our estimated time and they never complained or even slowed down. In a day when people don't want to work and find excuses for everything this team is a throw back of when hard work was something to be proud of. Could not recommend any higher.

We had a great experience working with the Gentle Giant team! Communication with Ed Fallon and Terrence Fitzpatrick was great. All details were thoroughly discussed and any questions were answered quickly. The packing team (Kenzo Hafoka, Taulupe Latu, Rayshawn Ward, Andres Ruiz, Eduardo Melendez, Justin Manalo) showed up in full force and right on the scheduled time and did an amazing job - above and beyond if you ask me. They were all very friendly and great to work with. Very efficient and detail oriented when packing. All of the dismantled items were secured together for ease of delivery. We moved states and were a bit hesitant of how long it would take for our items to arrive but the moving truck arrived quickly and on the estimated date. The delivery team, Mark Harvey and Mark Moloney, did a great job unloading, making sure everything was where we wanted it, and reassembling furniture items dismantled for the move. They took care to put down blankets on all flooring they would be crossing. I was extremely impressed with the care they took on our stairs leading to the second floor as they are curved and most of the large furniture had to be carried up - not a mark on the wall or stairs. All items used for moving (boxes, blankets, paper, etc) were removed upon their departure. Would definitely use Gentle Giant again and highly recommend for any move!

Matt and his team saved me today! Had other movers cancel on me very last minute and Gentle Giant movers were able to accommodate right away. I was so thankful! I had a piano to move as well and they did an excellent job. Highly recommended!
