Need to hire better drivers. Whoever was driving truck t37 Northbound on Highway 99 at just past 4:00 PM on June 1 2017, through the construction zone past Visalia, needs to pay attention to the road. Concrete barriers on both sides, no shoulders, and he was swerving as much as three feet into the lane next to him with cars passing him (or trying to pass him without being pushed into the concrete barricade at 65 mph). Watch the road through the construction zone or get a different job.
