This place is the worst and they are so rude and you got to pay them to load you up and very slow

Make sure you have a printed “delivery order” on hand (2 copies). Spent 30 min in line to back up to the door. Very tight. Then 40 min to check in… Loaded within 1:10 h. Bureaucracy requires a lot of time.

Absolutely the worst place hands down stay away check in guard has no brain cell asked how to check in all he said was follow the trucks when found out how to check in 1hr to check in then forklift guy comes out and says hey im going to start loading you keep an eye out as soon as i open one of the side doors of the building come get your paperwork if you don't see me its your fault and you will wait till tomorrow. So why ask for phone number name and truck number and all the info? Just rude brainless people here

Worse place, check-in takes forever. Tight docks. Take 1+ hours to check in.. Avoid when u see docks look empty, but real drama starts when u go to check in the office
