This place is absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming here for a while now to get PRP treatments done and I have had such a great experience. The staff here are really friendly at the front desk and the doctor is absolutely amazing. He’s such a great guy and super knowledgeable, and very honest with setting expectations, I have talked to him about so many things and concerns, and he has touched base on every single question and is super patient and understanding! He will go into depth and explain every single thing we could do to try to attack it in the best way possible since hair loss is such a time sensitive issue….he takes all that in consideration to try to get the best results for his patients!! he even has showed so many results of patients of his that have had such a dramatic change in their hair because of the path he has taken them through to see improvement! He also has unbeatable prices compared to other competitors, so I would definitely recommend coming to this location if you are in need of a certain hair growth or treatment, even if you need to get a hair transplant!!!

My procedure was a hair transplant (FUE) I am still in the early stages but I am very happy with everything. The entire staff is incredible from the front desk to the doctors The outstanding service and the cost of the procedure by far exceeded my expectations They did not try to pressure you into buying more grafts, products or any other procedures. They don't try to sway you any of your decisions for their financial favor and that is something I highly value. Dr Nguyen and Dr Shy are total "pros" they are honest, personable and there are no ego’s that get in the way. The doctors participate in all aspects of the visit from the first visit greeting / consultation through the procedure. My wife went to MEND for a different procedure and had the same exact experience as myself. I highly recommend MEND!!!

Felt so much love and welcoming right when I walked in! My nurse, Katelyn, Dr Shy and Dr Nguyen were super friendly and constantly checked in with me. I had no surprises from the microneedling PRP also known as the vampire facial. The process was super painless, detailed and I cannot wait for my follow up photos and sessions! MEND team all the way 😊
