No show for a scheduled tow between 9-10AM :/ called multiple times as I waited and they told me someone would come. After 10:30 I just called AAA.

My dad's dually truck wasn't turning on, so he had to get it towed back home. We called the insurance, but they had a us waiting almost 3 hours. We then call a bunch of places, but it seemed like no one had the proper tools to tow my dad's truck. Until finally we got a hold of supersonic, and Alberto picked up the phone and gave us the best customer service. Very understanding if our situation, and gave us clear instructions for us to follow. We paid around $460 ($225/hr+credit fees). But for the customer service and the towing service we received it was just right. Give that man Alberto a raise!

I called and they said someone would arrive in 45 minutes. An hour and a half later (100% longer than they'd said), I called and was told that someone would be arriving in four minutes. 30 minutes later, I was told "any minute." The driver then arrived another 30 minutes after that. I was also told it would be $180-$225 for the 1.3 mile tow. When they arrived after standing me up for two hours, they said it would be $225 and that Supersonic is not the tow company, but a third party that contracts out. They had also heard that my insurance would be paying for it, so decided to charge me $225 since I was going to be reimbursed. Locking me into the call while telling me it will only be 45 minutes while they scramble to find a driver and lead me on for the next two hours wasn't cool. Next time I'll call a tow company that actually does the towing - which I though this was.

Tow truck and driver: awesome! Dispatch: Needs better phone than whatever Google Voice system they’re using, or a dispatcher that will just switch to text right away and actually respond. It took multiple calls and texts over more than an hour to get confirmation that they were going to come, and another hour of trying to find out when they might actually arrive. But once they got there, all awesome.

I was assisted by Guy. My batery died. I called alstate to jump my car, the guy they sent was no good and he told me i need a new starter. I called guy to tow me to an auto shop. On the way i told guy what happened. He pulled over and gave me a jump and my car started.
