They showed up on time and also called ahead to give me a 15 min heads up on their ETA. They were very efficient but also cautious of my belongings. Great manners, very professional, knocked out the 2-4 hour quoted job in 3 hours. Although they were moving my entire home, they were non-invasive. They asked for instruction and then executed perfectly, not bothering us at all as we packed up odds and ends. I will be using them again on my next move.

This company promotes as “ Veteran owned and operated…” yet none of the movers were Veterans. Sad marketing gimmick. The final bill was outrageous and billed to my credit card with no hesitation. Day of move told they will show up between 8:00 and 10:00. At 9:23 get a call the “ETA is 50 minutes.” They arrive after 10:30. Being billed for time of travel from Mesa to my home. Billed for a three person team but one is clearly not feeling well, puts in about two hours, sitting in the truck, and is picked up after 2:00. So, I am told the charge will reflect his departure time, which benefits the owner of the company. There was also the lunch break taken (understood) and ordering of food. This move took longer than expected and not sure why? It was a fiasco. I moved into this house two years ago with a different company, and two men. The move was done in five hours and less cost. Cancelling the next move with them and would recommend to others to not use this company.

Get Moving is the real deal. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is moving. The whole experience was pleasant from start to finish. If you use these guys, I recommend requesting Will, Terrence and Avery. They showed up on time and once they started, they never stopped. The hustle was extremely impressive. In addition, I was impressed and grateful at the attention to detail and how they treated our stuff. Shrink wrap, blankets, straps, etc. 5/5 all the way, we will see you guys in September!
