Currently in a move with them. I didn’t choose them, they were contracted by the government. They have already delayed my delivery twice. We have been without our household goods for close to two weeks now. They have a high turnover in their dispatch and cannot keep track of their logistics. I scheduled the date for pick up to work with the day I needed delivery so I set my date with the initial dispatcher and he left the company soon after. Then the next one assured me the schedule still worked. Halfway across the country a new dispatcher called me saying he was having trouble finding drivers, after my goods were already picked up. No updates after that, I had to reach out on my own to get an update that my stuff wouldn’t arrive until the end of the month. This has definitely been a case of contracting to the lowest bidder. Nobody should ever use this company out of choice.

We have used this company before to move some of our products. Would most definitely recommend for warehousing and transportation. Best company around to get stuff done on time and at a reasonable price!

Well, first off I have to say this was one of the best moves I’ve had in years! The whole process went smoothly and made the stressful time of moving between homes a lot easier on us. After getting booked their office had done a survey with us to make sure they came prepared on the day of the move, and man, were they! The packers they had sent were just wonderful, clearly people who have been at this for awhile and take pride in their hard work. the packing took a few days (we have a lot of stuff), but it went smooth overall. We had an issue with our original planned delivery date but the people at the office did their best to get a date we could work with, and the delivery went on without issue. Our son is moving soon we have already recommended these guys to him. I don’t usually take the time to write out reviews, but I take pride in my work, and I’m always in admiration when I see other people that have a similar work ethic and respect for us as their customers, which in turn leads me to respect them the same way.

Their driver ran us into the curb. Horrible company. I guess I need to be more clear. I sent you a detailed email which you ignored. Your driver had a stop sign that he ignored and turned left into oncoming traffic. He not only made that bad decision but also continued to come into the right lane instead of making a proper left hand turn, which is left into left lane. Yes we had to slam brakes on and run into the curb. He couldn't have cared less what he did to others on the road. So you can take your reply and use it on your own discourteous driver. We were not the ones being careless.

I have recently moved my household goods with geva I moved 20 miles to my new house and it took them over 3 months to move 4000 lbs only 20 miles. The movers were very sloppy with my goods and damaged over $1,000 worth of goods. I would never recommend using them and I don’t know how they are still in business. I spoke with the owner George over the phone multiple times because of the long wait. He was very rude and did not provide any help resolving my problems. I still am in the process of trying to claim my damaged items over 6 months later.
