I am fortunate enough to have contact with G-Force several times a day - all because some of our customers are inconsiderate beyond belief. They place an order for next day delivery - and then "have to go out", resulting in a failed delivery, a problem , of the customer's making, which our local G-Force team is amazingly efficient and helpful in resolving, immediately. I've read some of these other reviews and have to say that those that have nothing but complaint and a heightened sense of entitlement have only themselves to blame for any perceived poor service or belligerence on the part of G-Force. Quite simply, G-Force always goes the extra mile (pardon the pun) and delivers customer service second to none. I wish I could award ten stars. Absolutely brilliant.

What a poor company. Driver attempted delivery to the wrong address then when i phoned to arrange next day re delivery, guy on the phone extreemly unhelpful as to whether it would be once again attempted delivery to wrong address. Whatever happened to looking after a customer!!!!!

Now the 3rd time this company has failed to deliver claiming they have been?? 3 security cameras in place (do the driver wear invisibility cloaks then) a rather large notice is at the side of the shutter door advising them to come to the rear door ?? can they not read english?? more likely just too lazy to walk around the building, far easier to take the pallet back!!

Unhelpful and rude customer service. Apparently they don't use ring doorbells so you have to be sitting by your door all day waiting for them. Only option was for me to collect, after already paying delivery! Don't bother using them!
