Top notch service. All items from different deliveries were carefully packed in a single box. This really helped with reducing the delivery cost. Also , I received the shipment earlier than the advertised 10 business days!

I was at GIG Houston by Westheimer to send a package for the first time and the customer service from the very dark guy was nothing to write home about. He was very rude and we exchanged some words. He almost beat me up! He went crazy and was yelling and screaming all manner of insults at me. It was only the fair lady that works there that was pleading with me. This guy at the Westheimer office is sure going to put GIG logistics out of business soon.!! I will never patronize them again!

Tobi of houston office is one disrespectful and unethical phone representative. He actually said to me I sound rude. Smh. Nigerian business owners will steady loose business from fellow Nigerians by using our own people. I would not bother shipping with these people. Imagine calling for business and one clown insults u. I’ll take my business elsewhere

I am disappointed in GIG Logistics, my package left Nigeria since July/ August 2023, paid for quick delivery. I was at there office in Houston branch and i tell you uptil now i was told itbwas delivered to my formal address despite indicating that i will pickup I was asked to be going to the formal address to look for my stuff. Uptil now, there was no concerned shown I was told to laise with who sent it and there branch in Lagos Nigeria. This is preview to the branch at 77083 zip code I am very DISSPOINTED and its a BIG NO for me when its comes to there LOGISTICS. NO update till now, no phone calls nothing and its almost a year

GIGL has been terrific with on time delivery. No complaints whatsoever. I have enjoyed prompt service and the best customer service. Tobi has been instrumental in making sure that my shipment is always processed and goes above and beyond to make sure I am notified if there are any issues.
