This moving company was perfect! My crew was Luis, Iván and Williams. They were communicative amongst each other as well as myself. They were very diligent and efficient, all while being very safe and taking their time to make sure they met my needs. I will be using them again without a doubt. Especially since they stopped at several places for me in 1 trip. Also, Jacob in the office was my first point of contact. Not only was he polite, but he was very very detail oriented in making sure he mapped out the perfect plan for me and the crew. One heck of a team! FYI, this company moves everywhere! Scottsdale, Phoenix, and beyond. They even do trips out of state. Don’t pass up on using these guys. They were awesome!

It’s a very long story, but I had some really good friends Decide to leave California and move to Tennessee. When they did this, they asked me if I wanted a free piano. Of Course the wife said the granddaughter needs piano lessons so I had a local company move it from their house to my house, I brought it down to Arizona this weekend. Without planning ahead, I reached out and called Gilbert moving and storage on the Fourth of July and they answered! They were super accommodating and I made arrangements to unload it from my truck and move it into the house on July 5 very short notice and a complete lack of planning on my part and they came through. They sent two of the most professional kindest, funny guys named Tom and Jerry, no not the cat and mouse. They were caring, professional, and made quick work of the move. I’m very thankful for them and appreciate this companies Attention to customer service. Well done I would’ve gave him six Stars, but Google wouldn’t let me. Thank you Gilbert moving and storage!

Great experience with Gilbert Moving and Storage. Jacob from the office was very polite and courteous. He explained everything over the phone and a few days later, he came by to do a quick walkthrough to be sure they got the estimate correct. And make sure everything would fit. We had a lot of stuff. Haha. A delayed at our new house caused us to adjust our move date. When I called, Jacob again was great and gave us no hassle to move our date by a week. On move day, Joesph, William and Thomas arrived, on time and ready to go. All three were very polite and friendly. After a quick walk through, they got to work. Packed our two story house and then unloaded at our new house. No issues at all. Furniture was wrapped and protected. Beds were disassembled and reassembled perfectly. They wrapped our front door and door frame to protect it from dings or scratches. They take pride in their work and it showed. I don’t plan on moving again anytime soon, but I’ll tell anyone i know to use this company. Thank you for making our move day stress free and more importantly, keeping my wife happy! Thank you Joesph, Jacob, William and Thomas.

Leaving reviews is not one of my favorite activities, however I was very pleased with Gilbert Moving and Storage and want to provide my honest opinion. After calling several companies, I decided to go with GMS because they were friendly on the phone when scheduling and their price beat other companies by a couple of hundred dollars - it was well worth it. Joseph called 30 minutes before they showed up - they toured my house and unloaded my items within 2 hours. They were careful when transporting furniture and boxes up and down the stairs. Joseph and crew were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this company and would gladly call them again!
