Worst place possible. I have been waiting over 10 days to get a package and that the customer service reps seem to not care about the user. They were suppose to have set something up for the weekend never happened. I called back today as well and that the person said they would get back to me they never did. The delivery drivers don't care about wither you get your package or not. If you are expecting something from them forget about it because you're probably not going to get it. I am expecting a phone call from your rep tomorrow and i'm expecting a delivery either tomorrow or Wednesday if that doesn't happen then send the order back to the company and I will just get my money back and be done dealing with this nightmare.

This company is horrible. My package was out for delivery on Friday. Nobody came and knocked on my door I was home all day. I have camera footage of nothing. Now I call in for an update on Monday, get put on hold for 12 mins because “the manager isn’t answering so she can’t help me” My package is apparently now 75 miles away back in a different state. I ordered a 50$ vape part. I don’t understand the need for a signature delivery or why I couldn’t pre sign. Now I’m being told that “the deliveries won’t be in the same area every day so it might be a couple days until it gets back up here” My other option is to pick up my item in New Jersey. Which was just some junk the lady told me on the phone because obviously nobody is making that trip. But even if I wanted to, the manager isn’t available he’s off doing his thing. Never use this service this is trash customer service is trash. This company feels like it’s run by literally a group of 3 people who all have zero idea what they are doing. Never again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Not a very positive experience not sure when I will be receiving my package I recieved a text from unknown number at work showing a package in a person's hand the text with "??" and the word "Hi" at 3:29 pm when I was at work providing patient care. When I tried to answer the text I got no response about when they would be able to deliver the package or if there was somewhere I could go to pick up my package. I have lost money on too many purchases from companies not getting forthcoming delivery services. Which is sad because it just makes the companies using those services loose business.

Crazy slow to ship package once they got it. They picked up package then it sat around for a week before they bothered to put it on a truck and send it on its way.
