I've never had a good experience getting a package delivered by this company. Their tracking information doesn't work (website appears to never update) and they frequently need to be contacted for you to have any idea when you'll receive your shipment. I've had a package waiting about 30 minutes away for 2 weeks until I called them and they eventually got it to me. The drivers/delivery people they employ are also extremely unprofessional and have been rude more often than not. Highly recommend any people or companies that are looking to use them to look elsewhere.

A local delivery service that allows Tavour (a craft beer seller) to service Massachusetts residents. Their website was not the best at providing up-to-date information regarding my package.

This is by far one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Aside from the rude and dismissive employees, they are simply just incompetent at their one job: get the delivery to the customer. I don't understand why airlines keep using them but trust me when I say you will regret contracting with them.
