My package sent last August 2021 ... the cargo arrive in their warehouse in November 2021..... i understand the delays due to pandemic.. but asking them when they will deliver and answering you back " pag may kasabay ng i deliver sa lugar nyo"!!!! What the heck???? you charge me for delivery package and it's not pakisuyo or free delivery but why my package has to wait for more. What kind of service is this..... then comes another follow up for so many times ... asking them when they will deliver.... finally they scheduled it ...... here's another situation ... the driver txt my niece but unfortunately she's working so she didn't answer back..... the driver is in our place but can't find our location where all the detailed address are written... why driver can not ask if he didn't know the location, why the driver didn't check our address before going in there? Instead the best that driver did was sending back our package to the warehouse.. what a waste? Attached here is the text of the driver....

I did three shipments with this company…. 4 -5 Balikabayan boxes each delivery, all arrived safely and nothing broken. I shipped fragile items and glass. All good. Very friendly staff at Woodside location.

Faster than average BB Box shipper. My box arrived in Manila less than 2 months after pickup. I would have given it more than 4☆ if they will update their tracking to indicate the info about the delivery: date, recipient, etc. Overall...I'm happy and hoping it stays this way!👍😁

Made an appointment for my box to be picked up. They never showed up! So frustrating because I had to take day off and ended up just waiting for nothing. I called them to ask if they were ever coming and responded " I'll call you in 5 mins" and then hung up. I then took my box to the actually store and told them about what happened and they just said " oh yeah we were busy". They did not even apologized and just went along to take my box. They could've called and updated that they were not coming. Very unprofessional and very poor in communicating with their customers.
