To say I am impressed with the quality of work performed by GLS would be an understatement. We had a time sensitive project that required a lot of man power, attention to detail, storage space and operational acuity, and GLS handled it with such professionalism and care. They were very communicative and administratively on top of every detail of the project. The pricing was very upfront and clear and they didn't have any hidden fees or unexpected additional costs. They were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I searched for a Logistic company for a long time ,I needed a company that was willing to do more than receive ,store and load trucks . I had a unique project; that no other company was willing to take on . Brandon and his team have been accommodating and very efficient , they think out of the box . BEWARE OF UNSCRUPULOUS WAREHOUSE - STAY AWAY! This is a SCAM We worked with GLS as our shipping partner for the last 6 months and our experience was absolutely awful! Our contract indicated that our monthly storage cost would go down as the inventory reduced. Instead, they actually increased our monthly spend even though our inventory was going down! Our contract clearly outlined that we would be charged storage per standard pallet but they stored our inventory in their custom "cages" instead and billed us per cage at their discretion. Some cages would contain only 1-2 cartons but they refused to consolidate. When we raised this issue with them, no explanation was provided. In addition, the monthly invoice was never accurate - they would include random charges and would then remove after we pointed that out. Worst of all, they made several errors on our shipments which was not acceptable. The owners work other full time gigs and run this purely as a side hustle. They have ZERO knowledge of how to manage a logistics company and have left the operations to lower level staff who are even MORE CLUELESS! During the last month of our service with them, they completely stopped responding even though we were still paying them. Extremely UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID at all costs and don't waste your time and money.

The customer service at GLS is something else. They're always ready to help, and they really listen to what we need. It's like having a logistics partner that's part of the family. I HIGHLY recommend GLS!!
