Unfortunately, No zero rating. Load booked Orland IN to Montreal PQ on July 3rd 2024 around 11am load PU 1600-2200. @ 1900 the truck was 5 miles away drove 180 miles and crossed the borders, the broker simply called the driver saying load canceled as they found a cheaper truck. They offered $150 TONU although the truck cost was almost $350 fuel, border crossing to go back home the night before July 4th. These cheap people shouldn’t belong to any professional industry. The load was on the board for more than 7 hours until they found a cheaper carrier.

We had a very poor experience with their brokerage team. If you are a trucking company, I would recommend avoiding booking loads with them if possible. They made a mistake with an appointment, which led to a layover, and then refused to pay for the layover, citing that the "customer did not approve" after ignoring our emails. It is very unfortunate that such companies are still operating in this industry. If they treat carriers this poorly, I can only imagine how they might treat their customers.

These brokers are so bad I’ll recommend you never pick their load. I have never seen bad brokers like them. They will say you total weight is 40000 lbs and they will load you 48000 than they will say weight is fine don’t scale trust me you’re all good your truck is under load. Than when you will go on the scale police will pull you over than you will try to contact with them they will not pickup your call and they will waste your time so please don’t pickup their load. They don’t respect your time like animals even animals are good than them. Their all staff member are like owl who has no mind and their manager and owner are scammer

The brokerage side is very bad; unprofessional and unreliable brokers. They prefer to use their personal phone numbers to communicate, which seems like a scam. We booked the load and submitted all necessary information, but the person we were communicating with played games with us and never responded back. We lost one day because of these scammers. We hope this company will go bankrupt soon because they shouldn't be in this business and scam others.

Worst company ever! Don’t waste your time. Broker didn’t give full detail on a load and when the driver was 1000 miles away want to call and harass and disrespect us for their error! Had to turn back and said they won’t be paying nothing for that run! Very entitled! Off the bat was cursing and trying to belittle. Didn’t work! Never again! Just don’t people.
